There is so much misinformation centered around the MLM or network marketing industry that people who enter into it are destined to fail. Because the industry is so focused on sales many people get turned off. NO LONGER does anyone have to fail in the Network Marketing industry ever again! EVER, EVER, EVER!!!
The MLM industry has been around for over 50 years and will grow to over a $200 Billion dollar industry in 2010. With an industry this large someone has to be doing somethings right. What are they doing? We guide you to do what the winners do!
With so much negative and misinformation that abounds the internet, it is clear why many people fail. When you listen to the wrong people or listen to people who have failed then you will in turn fail yourself. Conversely, when you listen to people who have achieved high levels of success tell you how to become successful, and you do what they tell you, you will in turn become successful.
Now, people don't set out to fail but when coupled with people who don't understand how to create wealth, they become the very thing they are trying to avoid. This is unnecessary and does not have to happen. If MLM or Network Marketing did not work it would not be such a huge industry and growing every year by massive proportions globally.
The way to tell when someone is approaching you that does not understand the MLM/Network Marketing model is when they begin to talk to you about a particular company instead of the process. When anyone leads with the company first they don't understand the process and without an understanding of the process they become part of the 80%.
The 80/20 Rule
There is an economic rule called the 80/20 Rule. This was discovered by Vilfredo Pareto who was a professor of economics at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. He discovered that 80% of the real estate in Italy was controlled by 20% of the people. He started to explore this theory in other fields and found out that it held true no matter where he looked. So when we apply the 80/20 Rule to MLM/Network Marketing we can see why people fail.
If 20% 0f the people are making 80% of the revenue this proves that 80% of the people are only making 20% of the revenue. With the MLM industry growing to become a 200 Billion Dollar industry by 2010, then this proves that it is a viable industry, and that 20% of the people are responsible for 80% of the growth. You in turn would want to listen to the 20% who are making the industry grow instead of the 80% who are not. But unfortunately the 80% think they have the answers and consequently they lead people down a path of failure.
Look at it this way... the MLM industry was created over 50 years ago and was created without the internet and technology. The MLM business model was created in a very simple form and was designed to be followed in a very simple way. When simplicity is removed and things are made complicated then results break down.
Many people feel that they have to sell in this model therefore they look for sales people. Well statistics show that 5% of the people in the world are sales people, therefore 95% are not. The non sales people spend their time looking for the 5% so you end up with a lot of people looking for a small amount of people. Consequently, people get disgruntled and quit. Or they say they don't want to sell and quit. Either way they have been set up for failure.
Look at it this way, if you owned a car lot and had 300 cars on the lot to sell but no one knew how to drive in the town, you could be the greatest sales person in the world but you would have no one to sell the cars to. What would you have to do? You would have to teach everyone how to drive, wouldn't you? We teach you how to drive!
We have gotten access to old MLM business model information and know how to apply this in modern times. We have seen results by going back to basics, and you can too. This is not a sales model, but the 80% have made it one. No wonder people fail! MLM/NETWORK MARKETING IS NOT A SALES MODEL and never should be perceived as such!
